STAGES OF WORK:

Planning Implementation

Step 1

Identification of Base Paper

  • A Subject Matter Expert(SME) reviews interest of Scholar and suggests Base paper which has possible extension
Step 2

Formulating Problem Statement

  • SME develops problem based on the extension possible from the base paper. Problem represents what the study is going to cover.
Step 3

Plan of Implementation

  • A plan of implementation is developed by SME as per which implementation will be conducted. This includes which techniques or platform implementation will be based on.
Step 4

Call with SME/Developer focusing on plan developed

  • SME or Developer can get on a call to clarify doubts or any queries pertaining to the plan
Step 5

Approval of Plan by Scholar

  • Once the plan is reviewed and doubts are clarified, approval on plan is needed to move ahead.

  • Acknowledging minor changes as per journal comments
  • No changes in implementation and coding
  • Time required for revisions after feedback is received : 5- 10 days

Implementation process

Step 1

Gathering Dataset

  • Once the plan is ready, it is known that which data set will be applicable and thus post plan is finalised, focus is on collecting the data set.
Step 2

Software implementation

  • Once data set is also ready. Developer starts working for coding/simulation on platform which could be Matlab/NS2/Python/CST/Java
Step 3

Code/Outputs Provided

  • Once implementation is done, Code is shared with Scholar along with text file explanations.
Step 4

How to run the code?

  • While it is assumed that Scholar can run the code. A teamviewer session is provided with developer to help understand how to run the code?

Research paper Development

Step 1

Developing the first draft of paper

  • Academic writer drafts the paper covering sections : Introduction, Literature Review, Research design, Results, Conclusions.
  • A Peer Reviewer reviews the draft and gives finishing to the paper

Review of Manuscript by Scholar

  • Once the draft is ready, Scholar can review the same and suggest if any ammendments needed.
  • Revisions executed based on comments.

  • Implementation/development work : 1.5-2 months

  • Queries can be raised post implementation plan is prepared
  • One technical call post implementation plan and before start of implementation
  • Modifications can be done in plan before execution is done

  • One call before start of implementation by technical team and one call post implementation

Submission of Journals

  • Submission will be done to a suitable journal which meets the criteria of the theme of research
  • Minor modiffications in case of reviewer comments received from journals
  • Resubmission to upto 3 journals till the acceptance of research paper
Step 6

Guarantee we take

  • Assurance of quality as per desired target journal for publication.
  • In case of rejection upto two journal submission, support for third resubmission to journal
  • Refund in case of third time rejection is witnessed
